Briana Alegría is an actress based in Berlin, Germany.
After her conservatory studies at New York’s „The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute“ she most currently moved (after nearly 5 years in the United States) from Los Angeles, CA to Berlin, Germany. Her recent work includes acting on the TV shows „Homeland“ and „Berlin Station“ in Berlin, Germany.
After she arrived in Los Angeles she acted as a lead in „Duplicate Case“ directed by Orlando Holwerda, „Expectations“ directed by Cagatay Kaya, worked on „We Are Your Friends“, starring Zac Efron, directed by Max Joseph, „Only Now Existing’s Escape Artist“ directed by James Garrett as well as „Martian American“ directed by Lee Citron, 8 Film Festival Wins & 16 Film Festival Nominations.
In 2014 she became „Miss Colombia“ at „Real Housewife of Beverly Hills“ Joyce Giraud’s „Queen of the Universe“. „Queen of the Universe“ was held at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles, CA and produced by Oscar/Academy Award winner Michael Ohoven.
Briana Alegría is fluent in English, German and Spanish. She lived and studied in New York City/NY, Seattle/WA, Sydney/Australia, Madrid/Spain, Guangzhou/China, Santander del Sur/Colombia, Frankfurt & Freiburg/Germany. Raised by her Colombian mother (an artist) and her German father (an engineer) she started her artistic journey at a very young age.
The actress loves to travel and her current number is 67 countries, she worked as a stewardess after high school, studied economy and languages, had a racing bike 125 Aprilia in silver, is proud of her forklift license loves to sail, inline skate, ski, snowboard and wants to get better in skateboarding.
